Notification of each despatch required is made by filling out the Seedling Despatch Request Form, which is sent to you with your confirmation letter.

Upon receipt of your form, you will be advised of the date and time that the seedlings may be collected and/or delivered from the nursery. Under normal circumstances seedlings will be ready for despatch within 3 days of receiving your request.

General conditions of sale

All seedlings are of the description and kind specified at the time of sale.

In the event that seedlings supplied are considered, by mutual agreement, to be in a condition not suitable for planting or do not meet agreed specifications, the FPC will replace the seedlings with the same species of seedling in the following year; or on agreement with the customer an alternative species of seedling, or will refund money receipted for the purchase of those seedlings.

The FPC will endeavour to fill all orders to the quantity ordered. However, due to events out of the control of the nursery, such as poor germination, or unfavourable weather conditions, the FPC makes no guarantee that all orders will be filled.

The FPC takes no responsibility for the growth, quality or productiveness of any seedlings, following despatch from the FPC Manjimup Nursery as these factors are governed by events beyond our control.

Explanatory notes

  • Plant names
Botanical names are reliable and should be quoted in preference, however where possible common names are included.
  • Dieback
An asterisk (*) against the botanical name of a species indicates the species is susceptible to dieback.
  • Tree size
The average height and width of each species in metres are itemised. However limiting size/soil characteristics (depth, nutrient, moisture, salinity and waterlogging), growing spaces, damage from insects, birds or wind, are factors that will restrict plant development and ultimate size.
