Payment Options
A variety of payment options are available for plantings established with the primary aim of absorbing greenhouse gases. These include a combination of up-front land payments, annual land payments and a share of the proceeds as the plantings absorb greenhouse gases from the atmosphere. If harvesting is undertaken, a share of any harvest proceeds would also be available.
